About Career Sports Academy

At The Career Sports Academy, we believe that true athletic success goes beyond the
scoreboard. We are a transformative program built for student-athletes in grades 7 through 12,
combining elite sports training with essential life skills development.

Our mission is to equip young athletes with the tools to thrive not just in collegiate and professional sports, but in
life—through education in finances, NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) marketing, entrepreneurship, public speaking, strength, and nutrition.
Launched with a focus on football and basketball, our academy is designed to grow, expanding into all major American sports.. What sets us apart is our holistic approach—filling the gap between athletic training and real-world preparedness. Too often, young athletes aren’t taught how to manage money, build their personal brand, or navigate life beyond the game. We’re here to change that.
The Career Sports Academy isn’t just a training ground—it’s a launchpad. Our long-term vision is to create a thriving community of former student-athletes who return to uplift the next generation. By investing in their future now, we’re empowering young athletes to become leaders, professionals, and champions both on and off the field.

the CEO

As the founder and CEO, I bring more than just a passion for sports—I bring a lifetime of experience, dedication, and purpose. I’m a proud four-year running back from Morehead State University, where I was honored as an Academic All-Conference player. My journey through the game has shaped who I am today—not just as an athlete, but as a leader, entrepreneur, and mentor.

I’ve had the privilege of coaching football at Middleton High School and in local little leagues, and I’m a product of Tampa’s rich athletic tradition, having played at both Tampa Catholic and Jefferson High School. But beyond my own path, my proudest accomplishments have been with my children. I’ve personally trained and motivated two of my daughters to a combined three state championships in flag football. Watching them grow not only as athletes but as young women prepared for life has been my greatest reward.

My son played football at Tampa Bay Tech and also played basketball. All of my kids ran track. My daughters also played volleyball, and my middle daughter was a district champion in basketball and is now a proud member of the United States Air Force.

I love and respect all sports. Whether it’s football, golf, or basketball, I deeply value what athletics teach us: discipline, teamwork, mental toughness, and accountability. These values don’t just build champions on the field—they build character for life.

In today’s world of NIL deals and social media influence, the game has changed—and so have the stakes. That’s why our mission goes beyond athletics. We teach life skills, financial literacy, branding, public speaking, and how to responsibly navigate today’s fast-paced digital world. College athletes now have more income potential than ever before, and we’re here to make sure they’re ready to handle it with wisdom and integrity.

This isn’t just about building better athletes—it’s about building better people. Welcome to a movement that prepares the next generation for greatness—on and off the field.
